Bishkek (AKIpress) – Archaeologists discovered on May 13 a millennial stove for production of clay products on the territory of Kambar village in Tursunzade city, western Tajikistan, reports the press service of the Ministry of Culture of Tajikistan on May 18.
“The value of the finding is that the stove is well-preserved with all of its attributes despite the fact that it is several centuries old,” said the Ministry. “Such a big exhibit was found fully preserved for the first time ever.”
Preliminary studies have shown that the stove refers to the 9-10th centuries AD.
The examination of the object is still in process, the Ministry said.
