“Bishkek Madaniyat” 03’2010

March is the first month of spring, and is the time of year when many of us wait for change, (of course, a change for the better!), opening up of new horizons, with memorable meetings and interesting events. And if these three points are largely dependent on the individual, themselves, and their aspirations, then we hope that our newsletter, “Bishkek Madaniyat”, will help them to find interesting events to visit. The first issue of Spring 2010, has been specially prepared to help bid a final farewell to the winter holidays and prepare for the heat, clear blue sky and blossoming flowers throughout the city in the coming months. We wish everyone a truly spring mood and pleasant recreation.
