On September 29, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed the Decree “On awarding the group of most distinguished workers in the field of education in relation to the Day of Teachers and Mentors”.
Thus, for considerable contribution to augmenting intellectual and spiritual potential of the country’s youth, to nurturing the youth in the spirit of love to Motherland and loyalty to the ideas of independence, to fostering respect for national and human values, for the long and fruitful work in the field of education, for the selflessness in teaching the youth the basics of science and modern professions, as well as for the participation in the social life, the following awards have been bestowed upon the distinguished teachers:
People’s teacher of the Republic of Uzbekistan
to Berdiev Turdali Djumanovich – teacher of mathematics in specialised secondary boarding school no.14 of Yakkabag district, Kashkadarya region.
to Usmanova Arofatkhon Madaminovna – teacher of mother tongue and literature in secondary school no. 59 of Shakhrikhan district, Andijan region.
Honoured worker of public education of the Republic of Uzbekistan
to Djabborova Gulnora Bekchanovna – teacher of primary education in specialised secondary school no.38 of Yangiarik district, Khorazm region.
to Saidkhodjaeva Vasilya Mukhammadalimovna – teacher of physics in secondary school no.5 of Pskent district, Andijan region.
In addition, nine teachers were awarded the titles of ‘Honoured mentor of the Republic of Uzbekistan’; one teacher was awarded the title of ‘Honoured coach of the Republic of Uzbekistan’; three people were awarded the order of ‘Fidokorona xizmatlari uchun’; fourteen people were awarded the order ‘Mehnat shuhrati’; 3 people were awarded the order of ‘Sog’lom avlod uchun’ Second Class; fourteen people were awarded the order of ‘Do’stlik’; and fifty people were awarded the medal of‘Shuhrat’.
