The HealthProm team warmly invites you to take part in its second annual Great Expectations Sponsored Cycle Ride. We are raising valuable funds to keep more families together in Tajikistan and improve the quality of life for babies already in homes.
Where will we cycle to?
On Sunday 2nd October 2011 we will once again start in London’s historic Greenwich and cycle 50 miles to Dicken’s ‘Bleak House’ in St Albans. The route is packed with highlights and is suitable for all levels (find out more here).
Is there a fundraising target?
After last year’s success, where we raised nearly £5000, we are very keen on beating our own previous efforts. As before we are not charging any registration fees for you to join; however, in order to motivate you we are setting a suggested fundraising target of £250 each. But do not be discouraged, no one will be turned away who wants to take part!
I want to take part, who do I contact?
If you have any questions about the event or would like to register to take part, please email Cristina at email@example.com. Full information on this year’s event can be found at our website www.greatexpectationsride.org.uk, along with information on last year’s event and photos.
I can’t take part but would like to donate, how do I do this?
If you would like to make a general donation to support vulnerable children and to encourgae our cyclists to go that bit further, please go to our Virgin Money Giving Page.
And to make it even simpler you can now even donate by text. All you have to do is text the code HPRM11 with the amount £1/£2/£3/£5/£10 to 70070. For example if you would like to donate £10 text ‘HPRM11 £10’ to 70070.
This year promises to be yet again an exciting event and we hope to see you all there in October with your family and friends enjoying the outdoors before winter sets in! As for now, we better start practicing…..
