The World Petroleum Council (WPC) with headquarters in London, bringing together 65 countries, accounting for nearly 95 percent of the world’s oil and gas reserves, invited Turkmenistan to join this international organization. This was reported by TDH news agency quoting Anatoly Zolotukhin, Vice President of the WPC, professor, provost for international work of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after Gubkin, academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
